Mark A. Bernstein has been practicing law since 1997. He has a Bachelors of Science in Finance with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and his law degree, with a J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he focused on Criminal Law.
Mr. Bernstein decided to specialize in Criminal Defense to protect people’s rights against overreaching by the police.
